If you did not make any change yet, your settings is set to default. As we’ve seen now, the default font size of the ads is medium.

If you want to change or decrease the font size, follow these steps.

How to make a default font size applicable to all ad units

  1. Log in to your Google Adsense account and go to My Account > Account Settings.
  2. You will see the Ad Display Preference options. Choose from the drop-down menu the default font size you want to use on your ad units.
  3. Click Save Changes.

  2. Look for the ad unit you want to edit and click the corresponding Edit Ad Settings link.

According to Google, having medium-sized ads will supposedly help publishers get more income from the ads. In our case, though, there is no change yet in the performance of the ad before and after the implementation of the new font sizes.
